Plaintiffs in In re OpenAI ChatGPT Litigation filed an opposition to OpenAI’s most recent motion to dismiss.
Consistent with the Court’s order of February 12, Plaintiffs in the Tremblay v. OpenAI and Silverman v. OpenAI cases filed a consolidated amended complaint, now known as In re OpenAI ChatGPT Litigation.
