Plaintiffs in In re OpenAI ChatGPT Litigation filed an opposition to OpenAI’s most recent motion to dismiss.

Consistent with the Court’s order of February 12, Plaintiffs in the Tremblay v. OpenAI and Silverman v. OpenAI cases filed a consolidated amended complaint, now known as In re OpenAI ChatGPT Litigation.

Initial complaint against Databricks and its subsidiary MosaicML filed on behalf of plaintiffs Stewart O’Nan, Abdi Nazemian, and Brian Keene.

Initial complaint against NVIDIA filed on behalf of plaintiffs Abdi Nazemian, Brian Keene, and Stewart O’Nan.

Consistent with the Court’s order of November 20, Plaintiffs in the Kadrey v. Meta case filed an amended complaint.

The Chabon v. Meta case, filed on Sept. 12, has been consolidated with Kadrey v. Meta.

Plaintiffs in the Tremblay and Silverman cases filed oppositions to OpenAI’s motions to dismiss.
